JoJo FINALLY Drops Her "Tringle"
After receiving major success from her first two albums with singles like "Leave (Get Out)" and "Too Little, Too Late", JoJo was a forced to be reckoned with in the pop music world back in those awkward middle school days. Didn't you wish you your school was as cool as the one in the "Leave" video? Same. After the release of her first two albums, JoJo hit a rough patch in her career when she went through quite the lengthy lawsuit with her former record label, which left her unable to release any new music on a large scale. In the years that she's been gone, she's dropped some amazing mix tapes, like Agape, which featured some hit-worthy tracks including "Andre" and "Can't Handle the Truth," and since then, she signed a new record deal with Atlantic Records.
Now, JoJo is back and ready to slay the charts with her latest musical effort. In the past few weeks, she's been counting down the days for the release of her "tringle", which essentially is the release of three singles at once. They were supposed to drop on August 21st, but JoJo surprised her fans and released them a day early!
The first of the three singles, "When Love Hurts," is definitely a pop smash that I'm sure will do amazing on radio and will be the first of the three singles to receive the video treatment. "Save My Soul" is a mid-tempo track that deals with some more serious issues, but is equally as good as the first. "Say Love" on the other hand is a powerhouse ballad that shows off JoJo's insane vocal range and will probably leave you dying for more. All in all, these three singles will definitely do wonders for JoJo's career and I couldn't be more proud of her for fighting through her hardships and releasing some incredible music. Her voice is definitely one of the best voices out there and it's finally time that she gets the recognition she deserves for it! A+ JoJo and welcome back!
