Teresa and Joe Giudice Plead Guilty to Fraud Charges!!

It looks like Teresa Giudice might have to say bye to being a Real Housewife of New Jersey for a few years. On Tuesday morning, Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to an insane amount of fraud charges in the Newark Federal Court. In case you are unfamiliar with the situation, Teresa and Joe were hit with a 39 count indictment back in 2013 that claimed they made false statements on loan applications, and that they also committed bank fraud, mail and wire fraud, and bankruptcy fraud. To make things even better, Joe failed to file taxes from 2004 to 2008. They are scheduled to return back to court on July 8 for their sentencing, in which Teresa may be sentenced up to 27 months in prison, while her husband could face a whopping 37 to 46 months!

This is just so sad. Initially I felt bad for Teresa, because I thought maybe she was just completely unaware of her husband doing all of this shady business, but then I realized that no one could be that stupid. When you start messing around with the government's money, you're only looking for trouble, and the Giudice's are getting what they deserve. Hopefully Joe will be the only one sentenced, so Teresa can be a better mother to their four daughters, who you can tell are already being influenced by their parents' bad behavior. Good luck Teresa and Joe!
